When will I receive my envelope? Can I track it?
Envelopes are sent via standard USPS mail UNTRACKED. Domestic mail usually arrives within 1–2 weeks. If it hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, please reach out to us.
Why hasn’t my envelope been mailed yet?
Envelopes are mailed during the first week of each month.
How can I update my address or payment details?
You can update your address, payment info, or pause/cancel your subscription anytime through the subscriber portal. Need help? Email us!

When is the subscription billed?
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same day each month, e.g., If you sign up on the 12th of any given month, you will be billed on the 12th of each month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid charges.
