Honey Miso Roasted Radishes ~ an illustrated printable recipe

Hey friends,

Well even though the first day of summer is around the corner we're still firmly planted in spring over here- it's going to be 55 degrees today! Whaaaat?!

So in honor of this lingering spring weather, I made some roasted radishes. Do you like radishes? For me, in an effort to eat more seasonally, I've been expanding my repertoire of spring dishes. I haven't always been a radish fan - when raw they're a little too zingy for my taste, but roasted? Oh man! These are yummy!

You can print this recipe from the link at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!

Oh and did you know I have a few other printable recipes?

I’m like you, can’t do a lot of raw radishes. This recipe is surprisingly good though!! The applesauce and blueberry/blackberry muffins are l, of course, timeless classics, best eaten in season!!
