My Favorite Scone Recipe ~ Free Illustrated Printable Recipe

Hey friends! Every time I post photos of these scones on Instagram I get so many requests for the recipe that I thought I'd share it here. They are rather photogenic! I must admit I make these all the time and they are just perfect. I'm the kind of person that once I find the perfect recipe I just don't need to keep looking. That's how I feel about these scones!
They're from my friend Marcy Goldman's cookbook A Passion For Baking, which is one of only a few baking books I own because it is just so thorough. The Cafe Blueberry Squares are divine as well as the Kitchen Sink Cookies which are a completely tricked out, over the top bits of cookie magic. Marcy also keeps a treasure trove of her recipes on her website, Better Baking.
I'm so pleased that she has graciously let me illustrate and share this recipe with you and I'm happy to spread the joy that these scones will bring into your life. :)

Lori – I’ll be adding these right along what I think is a pretty decent scone recipe that my daughter has now taken over as ‘her recipe’. It feels good to pass along recipes through generations. Thanks for sharing xo

I totally agree! My daughter is just starting to show an interest in cooking so I’m ready to share with her all my best recipes! I love using my grandmother’s recipes each holiday season and look forward to passing them along to her.
